Joe Peterson is a real estate operator and technology entrepreneur with deep roots in brokerage, REO, and institutional investment environments. He began his career in the default and distressed asset space, working directly with REO portfolios and institutional sellers where speed, precision, and execution were critical. As the market evolved, Joe expanded into the hedge fund and institutional buyer space, gaining firsthand experience in large-scale acquisition models, investor buy boxes, and value-driven transaction systems.

Through those years, he identified a consistent gap: most agents and brokerages did not have access to the same technology and tools used by institutional players. Rather than rely on outdated systems or fragmented software, Joe set out to unify the most effective value-added technologies into a single, scalable platform.

As Founder of CashOfferAccess, Joe has led the development of an enterprise real estate platform focused on instant offers, lead discovery, and automated marketing — all designed to increase high-intent conversations and drive measurable transaction growth. His philosophy is simple: technology should not replace relationships; it should strengthen them by creating better conversations and better options.

Joe is also deeply grounded in the values that guide his life and leadership. He has been married to his wife, Stefani, for nearly 20 years, and together they are raising their two daughters, Capri and Kallie. Joe's priorities are clear and unwavering: faith, family, and business — in that order.

Today, Joe works closely with brokerages, title companies, lenders, agencies, and coaches across the country to ensure their agents have access to the fastest, simplest tools in real estate. He remains focused on building solutions that create real value, real engagement, and real revenue across every layer of the real estate ecosystem.

Chief Technology Officer

Brian Porter brings more than 25 years of consulting and software development experience, helping organizations ranging from early-stage .NET startups to multibillion-dollar enterprises build scalable technology solutions that optimize performance and drive growth. His background includes work in the deregulated utility and commercial reinsurance markets, followed by a decade building and leading a real estate marketing company that empowered brokers and agent teams to generate leads and increase closings through Google Ads and strategic content marketing. Brian played a key role in developing the original CashOfferAccess v1 platform over seven years ago and has served as a trusted advisor ever since. Most recently, he stepped into the role of CTO, leading the creation of the v2 platform with a focus on cash offers, lead generation, and advanced marketing modules. Based just south of Atlanta, Brian is actively involved in his local church and community and enjoys competing in pickleball in his free time.
